About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Im visiting Singapore, can i apply for tourist visa from Singapore to China mainland and Hong Kong with serbian passport ?

If you provide documents that entitle you to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP, you can apply for China visa and Hong Kong visa in Singapore, otherwise, you can't apply for them in Singapore.
