hi, I'll be visiting Taipei from 7th - 13th of November.May i know will it be raining heavily? or just light rain?and also there be typhoon?just long sleeves shirt will do right?its like air-con temperature? Thanks you!

The weather will not be very cold, yes you are right, long sleeve will do, but better take a coat with you in case it rains. There will not be typhoon, I think, after the heavey one days before. Yes, some sort like air-con temperature.
