hi im from india i have Gf in china
i am student in one of the chinese university.
My Question is that possible to get marry while holding X-visa? i.e., student visa and temporary residence permit
after i marry then i will get L-Visa, using the L-visa can i find the job in china, after i get a job , still i have to use the L-visa/residence permit or i have to change my visa/residence permit. if i have to change then which visa/residence permit i have to change? is it permitted to work using L-visa after marriage. i am still in china so from where do i have to get Affidavit for singleness, can i get it from indian embassy in beijing, china. or i have to go to india to get that certificate. and it should be attested by whom?
