hi im from india i have Gf in china i am student in one of the chinese university.My Question is that possible to get marry while holding X-visa? i.e., student visa and temporary residence permitafter i marry then i will get L-Visa, using the L-visa can i find the job in china, after i get a job , still i have to use the L-visa/residence permit or i have to change my visa/residence permit. if i have to change then which visa/residence permit i have to change? is it permitted to work using L-visa after marriage. i am still in china  so from where do i have to get Affidavit for singleness, can i get it from indian embassy in beijing, china. or i have to go to india to get that certificate. and it should be attested by whom?

It is possible for you to get marry while holding student visa and temporary residence permit. You can get L visa after marriage and find a job in China by using L visa, after you get a job in China, you have to return to India to apply for work visa, then re-enter China and change it into Residence Permit for Employment within 30 days after entry. it is not permitted to work by using L visa after marriage. You need to get Affidavit of Single Status from a local Notary Public in India, then send the Affidavit of Single Status to India Foreign Affairs Ministry and China embassy/consulate in India for authentication.
