About:Shopping in Guangzhou

Hello,
I have to travell from Shanghai Puddong air port to Bangkok on 28th,early morning 7.30,iwill stay at Nanjing Rd,i think i should leave hotel at 4.30,tell me that so early which transport is reason able for me,can i go by metro to air port?

by that time , taxi is better, as it is only transportation way by that time
