About:Hong Kong International Airport

We have no China Visa. From Hung Hom, can we be allowed to travel to Lo Wu ( just for shopping only, no overnight stay ) without a visa? Please advise.

No, you can not enter without a visa. If only for shopping, Hong Kong is indeed an ideal place.
