About:China Visa Exemption

I currently am arranging a trip to Xian for a group of students. One student holds a Singaporean Passport. I have found conflicting information on the visa exemption for Singaporean nationals. Does this student need a visa to enter China for less than 15 days?

Singapore ordinary pasport holders do not need visa to China for less than 15 days.
