Hello, i have purchase my ticket to taiwan on 31oct10-04 nov10.may i know is it ok now to travel to taipei ? should i change my travelling date ?

Hi, I think it is not advisable to travel recently because of the typhoon. It has affected some places of Taiwan. It rains a lot there and has strong wind sometimes. You'd better change your travelling date.
