Can you please let me know how do I go about ordering the ticket for the badminton event from 13-15 Nov 2010? I have tried online registering but was unsuccessful several times. I have a friend in Guangzhou and if I ask him to buy for me have I got to send him my ID reference inorder for him to get the tickets? Please advise as it is very difficult to buy the tickets.
