Ms.Maila, if you have visa notification, working permit and invitation letter issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security, you can be granted a Z visa.

According to the regulation, you need to sign the contract to getting a work permit. But if your employer can send you the work permit beforehand, you can apply for a Z visa, the contract is not required when submit your application, so, don't worry.
