We are 2 english living in Spain where do we get the visa from we live in Santander can we get this in one day thank you

Santander belongs to Cantabria, right? so, you need to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Madrid. Some of Chinese embassies provide rush service for visa application, but I am not sure in Spain. You can try to visit their official website (in Español).
