About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I already went to China last October and got the single entry Visa. I'll be in China again this December so what are of requirements that I need to bring to the embassy?

The requirements are the same as what you need for the first time actually. And it can be reached by refering to the link above. In addition, it is helpful to provide your previous Chinese visa.

So I still need the bank certificate? As far as I understand the link since I already have a Visa I only need a flight ticket and a hotel reservation and passport w/my previous Visa sticker, correct me if I am wrong.

yes, you are right, no bank certificate is required to visit China again.
