Guilin has mild weather all the year round and there is enough sunshine even in cold winter. As I believed, the most favorable time to make a visit there should be April to October. Just avoiding the rush crowds of travelers in public holidays, especially the seven-day holiday around October 1. To enjoy the time in both Guilin and Yangshuo, three to five days is enough.0
