About:China Visa on Arrival

Dear friends,
I am planning to visit ShenZhen on May 2011. I have planned to have the visa on arrival at Luo Hu border. But I have got some information for indonesia passport the government has stopped to issue the visa on arrival. Is it correct ? Please help me with update information. Thanks.

Now the visa on arrival at Luo Hu border of Shenzhen is stopped to issue because of the upcoming Asian Games in Guangzhou, however, in May 2011, you can have a chance to apply for visa on arrival at Luo Hu border.
