About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

im from Pakistan i have Gf in china (shannghai)
i already got L-visa for 30 days duration of stay.
My Question is that possible to get marry while holding L-visa?
secondly can i change my L-visa to long term visa?or Marridge visa?
if YES than how much long duration of time visa i can get?
does i need to leave china in order to re apply for marridge visa even aftr we married in those first 30 days of my stay?

It is possible for you to get marry while you holding L-visa.
You can have a try to change your L visa to one year Temporary Residence Permit for family visit at Shanghai Enter and Exit Department by showing your marriage license and your wife's household book, Id card. It takes about 1 week for visa processing. If your application is refused, you have to leave China to apply for tourist visa for family visit in Pakistan.

i hope i wont face any problem in geting my temporary residense permit...
by the way can i renew that permit after one year while staying in china?
and what the Fee for that every time i apply for TRP

Yes, you can renew the Family Visit Residence Permit after one year, the fee is about 800 RMB.

I want to share one more thing regarding my Case..
i have Affidavit for singleness attested by Ministry of Foregion Affairs in pakistan.but not attested by Chinese embassy in Pakistan.
my question is that can i bring this affidavit attesd by ministry of forgion affairs pakistan to China in pakistan Counsulate in Shanghai to issue me Certificate of Singleness ?
and is that Embassy Certificate is Valid and can be used to get married in China?
what i do now
