The trains in China are fantastic. Just took a train from Shanghai to Wu Xi.But the attitude of the ticket counter staff at the railway stations is very bad. They are so rude and impatient. It is almost the only blemish to the all impressive rail experience in terms of speed and cleanliness. Hopefully some high level personnel from china Rail are reading this and do something about it.
