About:Urumqi Weather

I m visiting Urumqi this March 2010, I think it will be cold. Unfortunately that's the only time I can make this trip but I m sure each season has it own beauty. What can I expect to experience and see? I wanted to take a tour and plse can someone recommend an reasonable price package agent. thk you
