i'm from tropical countryintend to go to harbin on the 1st week of december.

Question

I'm from tropical country and intend to go to Harbin on the 1st week of December. Will it be snowing by then ?Any recommendation for family hotel? 7 Adult 3 Children.Will it be ok to bring infant below 1 year old to places with snow ?How do I go to places with snow if i stay in the city? Modes of transport and travelling etc.. and travelling time ?What are your recommendation for Family based activities?Thank you and hope to have an early reply.

Hi, mostly it would be snow, the weather would be cold. It is OK to bring baby to cold place, just prepare some warm clothes and prevent the baby from snow and wind. You can take public transport like city bus, taxi. You can go to the Sun Island, and you can go to the Siberia Tiger Park. And tour along Zhongyang Dajie.
