If bought ticket for 28th of cot i want to change my date, like now I want to go on 26 or 27 so can I change my ticket?

You could do the change at the railway stations in your departure city, as long as tickets on Oct.26 or Oct.27 are available. Or, you can buy a new ticket on that date first and then refund the original one.
