About:Taiwan Weather

how is the humidity in taiwan around 1 - 11 december ?
I heard that you'll get wet if you go out... so I wonder what should I wear?

The temperature would be around 20 celsius, you won't always get wet unless it rains. You can wear T-shirts and coats in case it rains.
