1. You can shopping along Nathan Road, or you can put the Peak on the 1st day, the two destinations you listed will not spend you one day time.2. You can also go to Jumbo Kingdom or Repulse Bay.3. You can go to Ngong Ping to take the cable car and visit the Giant Buddha and the Pi Lin Monastery before Disneyland. Disneyland is closed at 23:00 this day. You have enough time there.4. Get to Lan Kwai Fang, SOHO, Causeway Bay for shopping and food.
