We are looking into getting from Yichang after a cruise to zegong on a sun in Nov. is there trains or buses we can catch. Thanks melanie Carter

From Yichang to Zigong, there are no direct trains or buses. By train, you could transfer at Guiyang or Huaihua. Or, you can take one bus to Chongqing first and then take another bus to Zigong at Caiyuanba bus station.
