The sky terrace is a sightseeing deck at the top if Peak Tower. The peak tram is taking you from the lower terminus on Garden Road up to the hill.

You can take one way peak tram, for there is also bus 15 can take your from Central or Admiralty to the Peak top and back. Then you can take MTR to Causeway Bay. Then take bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. Walk to the Avenue of Stars. If you want to get to Causeway Bay first, take bus 104 at Man Ming Lane.
