About:Chinese Embassy in Fiji

I hold a fiji passport but currently in canada on an extended visitor visa. I am neither a canadian nor permanent resident.
Can I apply for a china visa in vancouver, or hong kong when i reach there or do i have to apply in fiji.

You can't apply for a China visa in Vancouver because you don't hold Canada Residence Permit valid for at least 6 months. Now, owing to upcoming Asian Games held in Guangzhou, China, it is hard to get a China visa in Hong Kong. However, you can have a try!
