The best way to Disneyland from TST is to take MTR. For the MTR cost, better to go directly from TST. TST - Lai King - Sunny Bay - Disneyland. Two transfers, but his is the most convenient way. The costs is 18.5HKD per person. If go from Central, it costs 24HKD. By taxi, you should pay more from Central than from TST, approximately 230HKD to Central, 170HKD to TST.
