About:China Visa on Arrival

I am an Indian, I have an importent official meeting at Sanghai China Since last 10days I am in Germany. Therfore can not apply for China Visa . Could I get Visa on Arrrival. I need Visa for one week from 22nd to 30th Oct 10

Mr.Vikas, you can use their rush service for visa application at the embassy in India. You can not get a visa on arrival. Better start your processing asap.
