About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I m an Indian Nation studyin in philippines.
i will go china to meet my relatives on 25th oct.
can anyone please tell me what is the working hours of china consulate in cebu?
and what documents i require for visa processing?

Generally, it is from 9:00 am to 11:30 am for visa application submission, Monday to Friday. The requirements you can refer the link above in the table as for Tourist (L) visa.
