About:Haikou Weather

I am travelling to hainan in end nov 2010, but its seem like its been raining and many places flooded. Heard that there will be typhoon also. So is it still possible and safe to go there for tour in end nov 2010.

It is reported that there will be heavy rain in the early of Nov, but not very sure about the situation at the end of next month. The weather of this year is very unusual, you'd better pay attention to the real-time weather forecast.
