About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi,
I am a French citizen working in Shanghai, i hold a residence permit, my wife holds a pakistani passport and she is in China on a tourist visa, do you think she can go to Hong Kong to apply for a Z visa then reenter China or does she have to go to Pakistan to apply?

She will have more chance to get it if she applys for China visa in Pakistan.

China visa policy is getting tight these days due to Asian Games and Canton fair, she can not be granted a visa in Hong Kong, so, better to apply in Pakistan.
