I am from Algeria and I reside in Dalian (China) for one year. I need to take the GRE exam in Japan in November. What should I do to get the visa and how long does it take to have it, please? It is an emergency; thank you so much for your time. How much money do I need to apply?

You have to contact one of the two agencies to handle your visa application to Japan. They handle visa issue for foreigners in China. One is Enter-Exit of Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government in Beijing, tel: 010-85622634; Or China International Travel Service Head office in Beijing, tel: 010-85228866.
