About:China Area & Zip Code

Tracking no RR898761748CN. Item was shipped out on 22/09 from China. It need to be delivered to Kerala,India but it still isn't delivered yet. My customer says he
would be rejecting delivery if it goes beyond 20/10. Could you pls update me what's happening with this tracking no. Also, is there a Chinapost contact no or website for Indian customers..

It is in the status of departure from outward office of exchange on Oct 7. That is the status in China, you should check about the information in India post office.
