About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Hi I am bringing in 2 check in luggage from states to china, but i am going to take a laocal flight to nanching. Will this affect my 2 luggage and get penalized for having 2 luggage from internationa flight to local flight which i undestand only allows 1 check in? any suggestions would be great. thanks

It is about the total weight, but not how many pieces. You should pay for the overwighted part and the weight limit differs from ait ticket class.
