Hi,I will be spending 1 night in Hong Kong on  27 Nov and then proceed to Shenzhen and Guangzhou.  Can pls advise me which reasonable hotel can I stay in HK, which is convenient for me to transit to Shenzhen in terms of transportation (near to MTR) and also to do some shopping in HK, eg, Ladies Street.  Pls also advise how should I transit to Shenzhen from the hotel.

You may find a hotel in Mongkok, such as Dorsett Kowloon Hotel, Hong Kong. You can take MTR from Mongkok to Kowloon Tong and then transfer East Rail Line to Lo Wu. Pass through Luohu Border, you will get to Shenzhen.
