I have received a MBBS scholarship and invitation letter from xinjiang medical university ,MOE china and it is going to start on November 1s t (coming Sunday) so I have come to China embassy Kabul for visa 3 times but unfortunately I couldn’t success to discuss and get my visa please kindly assets me because I will miss my lessons
