Hi, You can easily find a shop or restaurants to get drinking water and biscuits around the hotel.
You can visit the Repulse Bay after the Ocean Park.
Abeerden country park can be add in day 3.
You can go to visit the places you have list down on day 4. Day5, you can have a side travel to Macau. Day 6 you can go to Shenzhen. Then day 7, you can go to visit Ngong Ping 360 and Dsineyland. Then depart to the airport. Half a day is enough to visit Victoria Peak and Wax Museum.
For food, you can find may delicious food restaurants around these attraction easily.
