About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am an Officer of Rajasthan Government.I got invitation to participate in the workshop jointly organized by International Fund for Agricultural Development (UN agency) and Government of China during 1st Nov to 4th Nov at Nanning.Please inform the formalities to obtain visa.

You need to submit your visa application to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Indian according to where you reside. you are required to make an online appointment on their website first. for Basic Information of the CVASC, please read on page: Chinese embassy in India(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/india.htm) . The detail requirements for a business visa are as follows:
Original passport, One completed Visa Application Form, invitation letter from the legally registered company in China, Covering letter from applicant's company or office with the details of the visiting purpose, Photocopy of the personal data page of passport.
