About:Harbin Weather

I may be visiting Harbin duing 1st week of November this year for two weeks. What may be temprature range during this period and what type of clothings are neede. Please reply.

The average temperature may range from -12 to -1C. It will be very cold. You need to take warm winter clothes, such as heavy-weight coat.
