About:Marriage Registration in China

Hi,
Good day! I just wanna ask something... I will get married with a chinese citizen, we already have all the requirements needed to get a marriage certificate... but I have a question: Are they going to allow me to stay here in China, I mean to extend my visa? I got a double entry visa, actually I am here in China now, this is my second entry already and I'm going back to Philippines on Oct.31, my visa is valid until nov.18 but as what I've said I already had 2 entries in China, when I go back to Philippines bringing my marriage certificate, what will I do next? Do I need to go to China embassy in the Philippines to show the marriage certificate so I can go back to China as soon as possible, though my visa will be finished on nov.18? Do you think they will give me a long stay visa? or do I need to apply a new visa again and wait after nov.18?? I'll be waiting for your reply. thanks a lot! =)

You need to apply for a new China visa again because your previous visa has expired once the 2 entries has been used. The marriage certificate is helpful you to apply for a tourist visa with long term stay duration in China.
