I am Indian national. I would like to visit Kailash Manasarovar  enroute Kathmandu before going to home  in India.I have resident visa in UAE.Could you please tell me how to get visa.

If you write that you will visit Tibet on the visa application form, you have to get an Tibet Entry Permit before applying for a China tourist visa. There are two options for you: First, contact a Travel Agency which can arrange Tibet Entry Permit for you Second, don't mention that you will visit Tibet on the visa application form, after getting China tourist visa, then find a travel agency to send you the Tibet Entry Permit.
