Question

My wife and I will join a package tour to Beijing and Tiangjin from Dec 1 until Dec 5 ,stays back free & easy from Dec 6  to Dec 8 18 2010. How is the weather there? Please advise what kind of outfit/clothes we should bring? What kind of good attractions in both places during winter? Do we need to bring umbrella? thanks

Hi, both of Beijing and Tianjin will be in cold winter even snow in Dec, so please wear long-johns, warm sweaters and down jackets. As for traveling, there are a few of attractions in Tianjin but much more in Beijing, such as Forbidden City, Great Wall, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace. Thanks.Please advise how to travel by public transport from Beijing Town to Tianjian Airport? How much does it cost roughly?

Hi Henry, from Beijing to Tianjin Airport, please go to take a bullet train from Beijing South Railway Station to Tainjian firstly. The fare is CNY56 and it will take you about 30 minutes. Then, just at the railway station, you could take shuttle bus to Tianjian Airport directly in 30 minutes with a fare of CNY10. If you are not familiar with Tianjin, it is suggested that you take a cab to the airport which will cost you about CNY50 at most.
