Hi, Are their breaks taken during a normal workday? either in the morning or afternoon? or do they prefer to work through the day..

No break during the morning or afternoon. But we get 1.5 hours break at noon for lunch and a nap. I know usually it is one hour break and people then go back to work again. Time is only enough for having lunch.
