About:Chinese Table Manners

How are Waiters in Australia expected to dress in a resturant whilst serving tourists from China.

I think they should just wear as how they usually do. Tourists go abroad for not only sightseeing, but also for a taste of different custom. There is an old Chinese saying: When in Rome, do as Roman do. People should respect the local custom as well.
