About:Harbin Ice Festival

I wonder about if i go Harbin on period before 25th December, would I able to see now and ice sculptures ?

You will see snow if it snows, it's right the winter time.
The preparation work for the Snow and Ice Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/tourism.htm) usually begins at the beginning of December, maybe some sculptures will be well-made, but most of them will still be making. As a whole, not a good time to see sculptures.

Jan is the best time. The festival is formally open since Jan 5.
