About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

If you have a double entry visa into China and you went out and got back before your first 30 days in China can you still stay for your full 60 days.

You can't stay for your full 60 days, you can only stay in China for another 30 days for your seond entry, the stay duration for your first entry has been used.
