About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

my passport is less than six months to expiry date, will I still be allowed to travel to Hongkong. Please advice

Yes, you will be allowed to travel to Hong Kong, passport with at least 6 months remaining validity is required for visa application, you don't need to apply for Hong Kong visa, only if your passport still has 1 month beyond your stay in Hk, you can go to Hong Kong.
