About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi,

My boss and 2 office mates will be going on a China business trip on Nov 21 to 27, I already have their requirments but they are currently out of town. Is it okay if I am the one who will process their visas? Or personal appearance is required?

since you are office mates it would be ok to process it by yourself. if its a business trip make sure that you have the original visa notification form from china.
