About:China Work Visa

Hello,

My partner has just been transfered to China through his company. We are not married but we do have a legal registered partnership (we have a certificate for this)

Would I be able to apply for a work visa?

You can have a try to apply for work visa with the Leagl Registered Partnership and the Business License of his company.
