About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I plan to travel to Hong Kong and Shenzen on December 2010.
Since the government of China stop the "on arrival visa" until Jan 2011, can I apply the visa in Hong Kong to enter Shenzen?
Thank you.

Yes, you can apply for the Shenzhen visa in HK. But better apply in your home country if you do not plan to live in Hk for more than 3 months. Because, China visa validity is 3 months since issue date.
