Dear Sir; I am a chinese,living in australia.I would like to buy a house with 500meter square land in the country near coast 5 kms away. Am I allowed to do it? How much?

I'd like to advise that you should purchase it you described in Boao,Nanqiang,Boao villages etc.Surely,you are allowed to do it legally.However,only accurate information and reliable relations can realize your desires...
