About:China Visa Fees

I am a US citizen. I held a Chinese L visa. Before my visa actually expire, I accidently overstayed by about 18 days over the 30 day limit. I paid the 5000RMB fine and received a visa page with a star on it which gave me 10 days before I left China. Now there is a company that is offering me a job and applied for Chinese working permit for me which was already approved in China, will I be able to get my working visa or will I be on the blacklist for overstaying and not be able to receive the visa to enter China?

I think you can still get a work visa to enter China, you won't be on the blacklist for 18 days overstaying.
