Hi, I'm going to Taiwan from 16-24 December. What kind of clothings should I wear? Is winter clothing necessary? Thanks!

In the northern part winter clothes would be necessary, especially when it rains, better keep notice the weather forecast of the place you will be before coming, it will be very helpful in packing.
